Audreyal Koinva

Audreyal Koinva comes from a long line of well-known Native American artists. She started painting and woodworking at seven years old as a part of her mother and fathers’ business. In her teenage years, she was very much involved in school activities such as journalism, photography, art class, woodshop, and stage setup. She also had the opportunity to join construction as a residential and commercial painter. After being injured, she got into hip-hop portrait painting, and has created her own line of cartoon characters of raccoon mobsters. She works with many kinds of mediums from oil paints to spray painting. She feels she is still growing, and is joyous to be a part of an art community to grow and further her art career.
