Angel Virtuoso

Alicia Jackson, better known as Angel Virtuoso, is a multimedia artist primarily dabbling in fashion, art, and music. Originally from Florida, she arrived in Phoenix, Arizona in 2017 from New York, eager to learn new ropes, and enhance her own genius. Since then she has and continues to work with top fashion professionals in Arizona, and others abroad.

She has a large skill set ranging from Wardrobe Styling and Creative Direction, to painting and singing, and has been actively pursuing her talents semi-professionally for a little under 7 years. She also teaches art to all ages through different institutions such as Young Rembrandts and Phoenix Center of the Arts. She has been recognized on live television and by the City of Tempe for her magnetic and vibrant art works. Some of her strong suits in fashion include Styling, Closet Cleanses, and Personal Shopping.

Her styling and creative direction has landed her work in 2 international print magazines, as well as directly contributed to the creation of her annual fashion show, The Black Heart Event, which is Angel’s mixed media art and fashion brainchild. She is also a model, gracing 2 international printed magazines, has walked in NYFW, along with 2 runways in Paris, France. She has received a Style Icon plaque also recognizing her contributions to the Arizona fashion scene. Her story has been published multiple times in Arizona, and her diligence to her fellow artist community has solidified her reputation very positively.

Her goal outside of exercising her own creativity, is to uplift her community, and pave the way for other artists to connect and enhance each other along their artist journey. Her encouragement around individuality, deep understanding, seeking knowledge, and unbound creative play makes her a fantastic role model and example of what happens when you persevere through your journey, stay genuine, keep creating and showing love along the way!
